Pico Rivera Play Pass
The "Play Pass" program offers a Registration Fee Subsidy for eligible Pico Rivera families, helping to offset the costs of enrolling their children in football, cheer, soccer, basketball, or baseball. The program provides up to $150 in subsidies for income-eligible youth, allowing them to engage in recreational and youth sports programs that are vital to their physical and social development.

The Smith Park Aquatic Center has been closed to the public since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic and remains closed indefinitely until it can be restored to operational standards. Originally built in 1982, the pool had seriously deteriorated and no longer complied with current code requirements. This project will replace the pool, pool deck, and all associated equipment, including a new pool equipment building, as well as a full remodel of the existing recreation facility.
